1988	October	Relocation of Katsuhira Hospital to Sotoasahikawa now known as Sotoasahikawa Hospital with 241 beds.
	January	Katsuhira Central Hospital is converted to a care facility for the elderly called Katsuhira-en with 83 beds.
1998	December	Expansion of Sotoasahikawa Hospital with a Hospice Ward - 13 beds.
2000	April	Establishment of Forever Co., Ltd, a related company providing home care services for the elderly.
2001	November	Establishment of Group Home Sala 9 beds.
2003	August	Forever Co., Ltd established a nursing care home for the elderly called Sophie.
	October	Medical Corporation Junkei-kai established the Group Home En (9 beds).
